Defective Products

For any defective items specifically related to the bottle or pump, we offer a 5-day return policy from the day you receive your product. If you encounter a defect in the bottle or pump, please contact us immediately to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility for Defective Product Returns: To qualify for a return, the defect must be with the bottle or pump itself. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt to report the defect.
  • Initiating a Defective Return: Contact us at support@fullname.store with details of the product defect. Please provide photos and a detailed description so we can better assist you.
  • Processing Defective Returns: Upon receipt of your defective item claim, we will review the information provided and, if necessary, send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same return conditions as above, including the 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
